Our goal is to satisfy our customers by refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy.
Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days after purchase of Computer Disks (CD’s), notes, herb samples, and binders. Customer must obtain a Return Authorization by calling ICH at (800) 736-0182. All materials must not be damaged in any way. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Postage will be at the customer’s expense. Any CD’s that are damaged in delivery will be replaced at no-charge to the customer. Downloaded classes generally cannot be given a refund but each instance will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Repair
Any CD’s that are damaged in delivery will be replaced at no-charge to the customer. ICH is not responsible for damage of CD players playing CD’s.
